Prom Mini Session
Quitman, Ga
Prom. It's a night to remember, especially in today's trends of flash and elegance. You do your best to pick out the most stylish outfit, and you and your friends step out for a night on the town looking your absolute best. These two young men looked great and had great personalities to match, shooting them was so much fun! We took a short journey north to Quitman, Ga to capture these fun prom shots of these lookalikes, Laroy and Laron. It was interesting to see that both boys chose outfits that fit their personalities, with Laron looking more classic while Laroy went with more of a fashion statement. We began the session with solo shots, so we could get a good look at both of these handsome gentlemen.
First up was Laron, with his quiet demeanor and chiseled features. He shot well, his dashing outfit contrasting nicely with the rustic scenery. His infectious smile just brought the whole look together! He was very well spoken as he told us about his school and future plans.
Laron chose a more classic gentleman look, with a dark suit complemented by the patterned shirt and bright tie. His understated brown shoes and belt finished the look nicely.
Next up was Laroy, with his bright personality and quirky style. Surprisingly, we gave Laroy a little more direction in front of the camera. Though he wasn’t shy about making jokes, he wasn’t quite as used to being photographed.
Laroy went with a more flashy formal look, complementing his slate-gray suit with a statement tie and shoes. His tie and pocket square were adorned with this beautiful paisley pattern that really made the outfit pop, and the round glasses gave a nice finishing touch to his unconventional look.
We wrapped up the short session with a few group shots with their friends, enjoying the good-natured teasing amongst the guys as we snapped our last photos.. Ausbee and I agree, stag may be the best way to go to prom. We think they had a great time shooting with us, which came through beautifully in their awesome photos! dapper was a word that came to mind when looking at these wonderfully dressed young men. We hope they had a great night, and can’t wait to show them the finished product!
